Delivery conditions

The Lessor undertakes to hand over the Vehicle to the Lessee on the agreed day, time and at the place specified in the Lease Agreement.
The Vehicle will be handed over in a serviceable condition, with valid documents required for operation on land roads, and with the prescribed amount of fuel (unless otherwise agreed).

The handover and acceptance of the Vehicle will be confirmed by the signing of the handover protocol by both contracting parties. The Lessee is obliged to check the condition of the Vehicle upon acceptance and immediately notify the Lessor of any deficiencies.
If the Lessee does not take over the Vehicle at the agreed time and without prior agreement, it is considered that the order has been unilaterally cancelled, and the cancellation conditions will apply.

In the event of the Vehicle being delivered outside the Lessor's premises (e.g. hotel, airport, train station, etc.), the delivery and handover are considered completed at the moment of handing over the keys and documents for the Vehicle.

Cancellation conditions

In the event that the Lessee cancels his order no later than 96 hours before the start of the agreed rental (the agreed time of taking over the Vehicle), the deposit paid will be refunded in full, reduced only by a cancellation fee of CZK 5,000 excluding VAT intended to cover the Lessor's administrative costs associated with the cancellation of the order.

If the Lessee cancels his order less than 96 hours before the start of the agreed rental (the agreed time of taking over the Vehicle), he will be charged a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price of the order. The deposit paid will be reduced by this amount and the rest of the deposit will be returned to the Renter within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the order. If the deposit amount is lower than the cancellation fee, the Lessor retains the deposit paid by the Renter in full.

If the Renter cancels his order after the agreed time of taking over the Vehicle, he will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the order. The deposit will be reduced by this amount and the rest of the deposit will be returned to the Renter within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the order. If the deposit amount is lower than the cancellation fee, the Lessor retains the deposit paid by the Renter in full. If, as a result of late cancellation or omission to cancel the order, the Lessor:

• in vain parks the Vehicle outside the Lessor's parking areas or outside the Václav Havel Airport area according to the Contract, he may charge a flat-rate compensation of costs in the amount of CZK 2,500 excluding VAT for parking outside the territory of the capital city of Prague or in the amount of CZK 999 excluding VAT for parking in the territory of the capital city of Prague,
• in vain prepares the Vehicle for handover on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, or on working days from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., he may charge a flat-rate compensation of costs in the amount of CZK 999 excluding VAT. The deposit will be reduced by this amount and the rest of the deposit will be returned to the Lessee within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the order.

If the Lessee (or a person acting on behalf of the Lessee) violates the obligation to sign or provide any of the documents provided for in the Contract (e.g. to issue a security bill or conclude an agreement on the right of completion of a bill of exchange), the Lessor has the right to withdraw from the Contract.

Refund conditions

The Lessee is only entitled to a refund in accordance with the conditions set out in Article (Cancellation conditions) of this Contract.
All refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Rates include

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver, Third Party Liability, VAT, Unlimited mileage for 3 or more days rental, 1 or 2 days limit 300 km per day, Highways sticker for Czech Republic, Road Fund Tax, Location Surcharge, Breakdown Assistance, Additional driver.

Age Requirements

Minimum drivers age is 19 and the license has to be valid for at least one year.

Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver is available without additional fee.

Insurance

Insurance is included in the price without any additional fee.

Deposit

Deposit is being blocked on the credit card for 300-500 EUR depending on car group. Deposit is accepted in cash too.

Payment Policy

All Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash are accepted.

Cross Border Policy

Cross board is possible all around European Union.

Delivery service

Delivery and Pick up in Prague is free of charge from 8:00 till 20:00 every day. Out of hours pick-up and drop-off is available for additional charge.

Fuel policy

Vehicles are given with a full tank and should be returned the same, otherwise there are extra charge.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside Assistance is available 24/7 free of charge.

Surcharges

There are no additional surcharges.

Tax

21% VAT is included in rates.

Dispute resolution

The parties undertake to resolve all disputes arising from or in connection with this Contract primarily amicably.
If the parties fail to agree on an amicable solution, the dispute will be decided by the competent court of the Czech Republic in accordance with the legal system of the Czech Republic.
This Contract is governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended.
